The Mini Epic

Well kind of.

I managed to create a small animated promo, which got converted to video. It can now be seen floating about on Revver and You Tube.

If you want to see this mini epic, this is the You Tube location.

Christmas Updates

Had a good Christmas. A few things of note, not to mention one or two alterations to the main page.

1. Created my article entitled "Resolutions And New Beginnings". My great write-up, with tips about how to get started on your physical goals, and how to keep motivated, and stay on track. I offered this one up to anyone, no registering, unlike all my other write-ups.

I hope this article will demonstrate to anyone, how my writing abilities can be worked into my board, to pass on some of my insights, and hopefully provoke some thought amongst people.

2. Created another article entitled "Supplements And Bodybuilding, Yeah Right", where I fire a broadside at supplements that are too fancy, slick and costly, and lure bodybuilders in, with promises of massive pumps, energy boosts etc etc. Supplements I believe a big bodybuilder doesn't need to achieve peak natural mass, compared to the sort of powders a lot of newbs ask about.

Register to read it now.

3. I hit the 100 members mark over Christmas, which I'm proud of, and I have a good level of contributors and people of varying ages, so I'm pretty happy about the direction of my site. I'm pleased that in roughly 5.5 months, I have gained 100+ members, and I hope to expand on that.

Don't forget to register, to get access to the Diet Tools created by me. The Diet Zone gives you simple to use tools, to help you keep track of your diet, and registering means being able to post photos, privately message people, and read and post journals.

Members need only post a few times, to get full status, and then have access to a resource of research material, and selected instructional You Tube content.

I know I have a good community that works, and provides good help, advice and support, to anyone looking at changing their life around, or furthering their physical potential, and with my award scheme, for people who give that little extra something to the site, I feel more positive that 2008, might be a really good time for Steelmuscle to grow.

It doesn't really matter who you are, or if you use other boards as well, stop by and see us in action. As long as you respect the community, you'll be welcome anytime.

Take care, and good luck in your goals.

Boss.
